  1. You won't have much luck with the term "data as a service" on wikipedia! Apparently the term is too "new" to be included. you can check out my blog for some discussion on the range of services here:

    There are also two DaaS vendors you've missed, the most notable being Postcode Anywhere in the UK, whose core data service is UK and international address data. I work for them but they are a significant player (honest!)
