Peter Drucker (who died last week) is now being claimed by some service-oriented bloggers as the father of the service-based business.
@philww extrapolates from Drucker's analysis of the early printing industry to predict the outcome of the strategic war between Microsoft and Google. Meanwhile, @joemckendrick sees SOA and web services as providing technological support for Drucker's attack on "command-and-control, centralized and out-of-touch management".
